同步辐射除具有频谱宽、亮度大、稳定性好等优异特性外，还具有脉冲宽度窄、重复频率高的亚毫微秒时间结构，是进行时间分辨吸收或发射光谱等类型实验的理想光源

Abstract

An on-line single photon counting system has been developed for the time resolved experiments by using synchrotron radiation. The time resolved of single photon is 1 ns for the spectrometer.
