摘要

分析了X射线荧光测井仪的测量原理、关键技术和工程设计难点

并在此基础上

设计实现了能用于野外钻探现场的X射线荧光测井仪

最后给出实测对比数据

证明了本测量系统能用于实际的地质勘察工作。

Abstract

In this paper

we report key technologies and challenges in designing an X-ray fluorescence logging device developed especially for field drilling sites.The data obtained with the X-ray fluorescence logging device at a copper mine are compared with the results of chemical analysis

and it is demonstrated that this device can be used for field applications.
