摘要

BEPCII-LINAC试验束（Test Beam）第二靶室内

1.89 GeV脉冲电子束轰击目标靶产生的次级粒子（主要为质子、中子、伽玛、正负pion和正负电子）形成了能量连续的混合粒子辐射场

该辐射场是材料或生物样品（如农作物种子）辐照损伤效应试验的理想场所。这些试验都迫切需要给出各种样品对不同粒子的受照剂量

因此研制一个混合辐射测量探测器——叠层闪烁体探测器。本文阐述该探测器研制的基本过程

并对其关键性能进行研究与测试;阐明了探测器的基本结构设计与制作过程和。探测基本原理

给出对不同粒子探测效率的GEANT4模拟结果

并对探测器的n-γ分辨性能进行了测试。结果显示该混合辐射测量探测器基本满足Test Beam混合场的测量需要

达到预期的基本设计指标。

Abstract

In target chamber Ⅱ of the BEPCII-LINAC Test Beam

radiation field of mixed particles(mainly proton

neutron

gamma

pion

positron and electron) of consecutive energy is generated from the object target bombarded by the 1.89 GeV pulsed electron beams from the linear accelerator.This mixed radiation field is ideal for irradiating materials or biological samples.However

these experiments need to know the dose of various particles delivered to the samples.In light of this

a mixed radiation detector(phoswich detector) was developed.In this paper

the basic process of the detector development and its key properties are reported.The basic structure of detector and principles of detection are given.GEANT4 simulation results of detection efficiency of different particle and performance of n-γ discrimination are given.The results show that the mixed radiation detector

with the design specifications being achieved

satisfies the measurements of mixed field in the Test Beam.
