摘要

为获得kA级热发射电子束

研制了直径为Φ100mm钪酸盐热阴极组件

并建立了适应大面积热阴极实验环境的2MV注入器试验平台。实验在二极管真空3.7×10–5Pa

二极管电压1.95MV

脉宽120ns（FWHM）

阴极温度1120℃时

获得最大收集电流1038A

发射电流密度约13A/cm2。试验结果表明

在该条件下

阴极仍工作在空间电荷限制流状态。

Abstract

For kA thermal emission current of electron beams

we developed a Φ100 mm scandate cathode

and established a 2 MV injector test stand with the large area thermionic cathode.Experiment results showed that under the diode voltage of 1.95 MV

pulse width at 120 ns(FWHM)

cathode temperature at 1120°C

the maximum emission current was 1038 A

with an emission current density of about 13 A/cm2.The results also indicates that under these conditions

the cathode is still working in the space-charge limited current state.
