The positron lifetime spectra of La2-xMxCuO4 (LMCO
M=Sr
Ba
x=0.05

0.2) were measured at room temperature for studying the long-standing mystery of "1/8 abnormal" in doped lanthanum cuprate. Electron density ne and void concentration (number density) CV were calculated as a function of substitution content x. The appearance of peak (ne) and valley (Cv) at x=0.125 and the correlation with superconductivity were discussed.
