Various theoretical models of intelligentized control for ECR source were reviewed. Program compilation
simulation experiments and analysis of experiment results for some theoretical models were described
with emphasis on theoretical model of fuzzy-neural modular network ( combinatorial network ) . The merits and demerits of this model was analyzed in the light of simulation experiments of intelligentized control for ECR source. The computed results of simulation experiments are dependent on learning times
rule number and study rate.
