Development of readout electronics for high resolution neutron scintillator detector
“The electronic prototype of the energy resolved neutron imaging spectrometer has been successfully developed, providing technical support for spectrometer experiments. The prototype adopts a capacitor network composite readout circuit and charge center of gravity method, achieving high position resolution. The test results show that the integral nonlinearity of electronics is ≤ 0.95%, and the time resolution is about 12 ns; The detector has a position resolution of 1 mm and a detection efficiency of 65% @ 1.6 Å, both of which meet the engineering design specifications.”
