Manuscript Processing

Manuscript Processing

This journal implements editorial review, peer review, and single-blind review systems for incoming manuscripts. Please pay attention to the following matters when submitting manuscripts.

1. Preliminary review: Ensure that the manuscript is in line with the purpose of the journal as well as the scope of coverage, etc.
2. Literature check strategy: The editorial department double checks the manuscript by Academic Misconduct Document Detection System (AMLC) of CNKI scientific journals (https://check.cnki.net/amlc2/Login.aspx). The repetition rate of text is required not to exceed 15%. Articles found to be plagiarized or published repeatedly or submitted for multiple submissions will be rejected.
3. Peer review: The manuscript deemed suitable enters into the peer review process. The editorial department selects at least two expert reviewers to assess the scientific quality of the manuscript. According to the innovation, scientificity and practicability of the manuscript, reviewers evaluate the manuscript and give an objective and fair opinion. When the evaluation opinions are inconsistent, the editorial department will select another reviewer to evaluate. The peer review opinion is that the accepted manuscripts shall be sent to the editor-in-chief for final review, and the manuscripts shall be returned for revision, acceptance or rejection.
4. Publishing: After editing, typesetting, proofreading and other processes, and final version be published online and in print.
