Copyright Announcement

In according to Copyright-Law-of-the-People's-Republic-of-China, Nuclear Techniques and authors have reached the agreement on the copyright transfer as follows:

1. The authors should ensure that they have written entirely original works, and if the authors have used the work and/or words of others that this has been appropriately cited or quoted. An author should not in general publish manuscripts describing essentially the same research in more than one journal or primary publication. Plagiarism is not allowed. Insure the paper is not involved in confidentiality issues, and the paper has examined by the confidentiality management department. The corresponding author should ensure that all appropriate co-authors (according to the above definition) and no inappropriate co-authors are included in the author list of the manuscript, and that all co-authors have seen and approved the final version of the paper and have agreed to its submission for publication. In addition authors warrant that the article contains no statement that is abusive, libelous, fraudulent, nor in any way infringes the rights of others, nor is in any other way unlawful or in violation of applicable laws.

2. After an article has been accepted by Nuclear Techniques, the author agrees to automatically transfer the copyright of the paper to the Editorial Board of Nuclear Techniques. Including the rights of electronic publishing, multimedia publishing, online publishing and other forms of publishing.

3. Nuclear Techniques has been included in the database of CNKI, Chaoxing, Wanfang, and CQVIP. If the authors do not consent to the electronic dissemination of the article, a statement must be enclosed with the manuscript submission, otherwise they will be deemed to have agreed to electronic publication.

4. After publication of the article, the authors shall own the right of signature. Any author who wants to use or share the published article must obey the Creative Commons Attribution-Non Commercial 4.0 International (CC-BY-NC 4.0) license.

5. The copyright royalties of the article and the journal’s manuscript remuneration shall be made as a one-time payment to the authors.

6. Authors should consent to the article publishing in the corresponding column of Nuclear Techniques.

7. This agreement should to be signed by all authors. The first author hereby confirms that he/she has been authorized by co-authors and undertakes all loss, cost and expenses (including legal and other professional fees) if any breach of the warranties given in this agreement.
