Open Access Statement

Published articles are open-access based on A Creative Commons License (CC Agreement), allowing readers to browse, download and use for free.

The journal is distributed under "CC BY-NC: Attribution (BY)-Non-Commercial (NC)"License. All users should use this license as a prerequisite to copy, distribute, exhibit, perform, show, broadcast, or spread the published papers, or use them for modification and creation. Original author, issue, URL and any modification should be marked in citations. Without permission, no articles or derivatives are allowed for commercial purposes.

Published articles can be made public immediately and are permanently accessible free of charge on the official website: http://www.hjs.sinap.ac.cn/. Users can download papers directly without logging in.

Author Rights

For open access publishing, NT uses a Copyright Transfer Agreement. After the manuscript is accepted, the author needs to sign a Copyright Transfer Policy with the editorial

department, but the author has the right to allow third parties to share their articles (such as stored in the institutional repository) in accordance with the Creative Commons 

license agreement. At the same time, the author can also use this article for other non-commercial purposes.
