This paper discribes the effect of different kinds and volumes of medium on the counting efficiency by Cerenkov radiation with liquid scintillation spectrometer of type YS-2
which was made by our institute. The emphasis is put on the relation between the concentration of emulsifier solution and counting efficiency. We found the
32
P peak of counting efficiency is at the place where concentration is about 77% (efficiency is about 65%) . The experiment proves that
32
P counting in emulsifier solution by Cerenkov radiation has good stability both in time and temperature.
