径迹照相法是使用固体

径迹探测器对矿石、岩石及矿物中放射性元素的分布和存在形式进行录相。它比目前常用的几种放射性照相方法的成本都低；方法简便、易于实现；方法的灵敏度可达ppm级，较之X射线照相法灵敏，与核乳胶照相法相当，接近裂变径迹法。
