本文首次用具有衬底的薄膜Si样品SOS和共振核反应

Al（p

）

Si，于能量

=774keV和992keV，系统地研究了质子在固体中能损的结构效应问题。实验结果表明，对于MeV级的质子束，在Si元素固体的单晶、多晶、非晶中电子阻止本领有明显的差别，相对偏差至少大于5%，这个实验的测量误差小于3%。

Abstract

The nuclear resonance reaction

Al (p

)

Si at

=774 and 992 keV was used for studying the solid structure effect of energy loss for proton in SOS sample systematically. The experiment was carried out upon the 2×1.7MV accelerator of Institute of Physics and the measuring error was less than 3%. The experimental result showed that the differences of electronic stopping power values for proton in three solid states was more than 5%.
