摘要

研制成功一种“长样自动扫描测量装置”，它与手提式微机多元素X荧光分析仪

构成测量系统。其特点是：（1）可以直接测定由≤0.074mm—20mm粒径矿石所组成的钻屑样品中的钼含量；（2）对单样重量允许在1.1±0.6kg间波动；（3）钻屑“Mo数学模型”的含量适用范围为：Mo 0.022—0.292%，对118个钻屑样，实测合格率为96.6%，其中相对误差

10%者占测样总数的73%。

Abstract

The measuring system contains a portable XRF analyzer based on a microprocessor and an automatic scanning installation. It can be used to directly determine the Mo content in bore meal cut by a gear wheel borer in an open molybdenum mine.
