参数和电阻率的实验。结果表明,
S
参数与电阻率随退火温度均呈非单调变化,而且已晶化样品的
S
参数与原始淬火态的相比,变化仅2%左右,说明这三种非晶态合金的结构与微晶模型相比,更符合无规密堆模型。

) after annealing at temperatures in the range of 20-625℃. The experimental results show that the variations of both
S
-parameter and specific resistance with annealing temperature are non-monotonous. Moreover
the difference of
S
-parameters between as-quenched sample and crystallized one is about 2%
which suggests that structure of the three amorphous alloys accord with the dense random packing structure of hard spheres rather than the microcrystal model.
