摘要

对于中医虚证的本质，国内外已进行了多方面的研究，获得了若干生理功能和生化代谢方面的各种客观指标的数据

。由于微量元素在人体生长、发育和衰老中起着重要作用，近年来我国亦有人从这一角度对虚证本质进行了探索

[2-4]

。

Abstract

The contents of trace elements in hair of 90 longevous females in Shanghai have been determined by using radioisotope source excited energy despersive X-ray fluorescence analysis. It was found that the contents of Sr

Mn and Ca decreased gradually with the degree of deficient damage. The cecrease of Ni content in Qi deficiency syndrome was also observed. It is appeared that the Ni content in hair may be employed as an index of Qi deficiency syndrome or lung function. In addition

the results of the nonlinear mapping algorithm showed that the contents of Sr

Ni and Ti in hair may be useful for differential diagnosis of organ function.
