在锆片直径为50 mm、厚度为0.23 mm的双表面上分别镀上了一层厚约400 nm的钯薄膜。采用X射线衍射(XRD)和X射线光电子能谱(XPS)对锆表面及复合膜表面进行了分析。渗氢实验显示这种复合膜的渗氢系数φ为9.917×10-8mol/m·s·Pa1/2(温度623 K
高压侧0.2 MPa
低压侧0.1 MPa)
是相同条件下的商用钯银合金膜的6.8倍。研究结果表明
这种Pd-zr选择渗氢复合膜对核燃料和聚变燃料的纯化及反应堆增殖剂中氚的提取具有很大的应用前景。
In order to prepare low cost
high hydrogen permeability
long runtime and high stress H-permselective membranes
the refractory metal zirconium(Zr) was selected as the membranes substrate. At the vacuum of 3.0×10-7Pa
ion bombardment eroding was used to remove the oxide film of zirconium on the surface. It is found that a small amount of oxide film still existed on the film. At the vacuum of 6.6× 10-6Pa
an about 400nm thick Pd film was plated on both surfaces of the zirconium disk(050mmx0.23mm) by the method of ion sputtering plating. The surfaces of the zirconium and the composite membranes were analyzed by XRD and XPS. Through hydrogen permeating tests
it showed that the H-permeability of this composite membrane was 9.917×10-8mol/m·s·Pa1/2 (at 623K
up-pressure 0.2MPa
down pressure 0. 1MPa)
6.8 times as high as that of commercial Pd-Ag membranes in the same state. It is found that this Pd-Zr H-permselective composite membrane can be vastly applicable for the purification of nuclear and fusion fuel and the distillation of tritium from breeder reactors.
