针对国产密封中子管存在的提高产额问题
采取三项措施:排气过程的真空度提高到2×10
-6
Pa;离子源引出端磁场强度提高到0.33 T;通过实验寻找到靶上镀膜厚度的最佳值为2.2μm。以Φ50 mm中子管为例
实际测试结果表明
中子管产额达10

/s量级
在5×10

/s下运行
寿命达到4000 h以上
稳定性≤2%。
The neutron tubes developed at our lab were remodeled by improving the vacuum to 2×10
Pa
increasing magnetic field intensity of ion source terminal to 0.33 T
and optimizing thickness(2.2μm) of the target coating based on experiments.In this way
a yield of 10
/s can be achieved with theΦ50 mm neutron tube
and working at a yield of5×10
/s
the life can be over 4000 h
with a stability of better than 2%.
