用重离子束对紫苏干种子进行诱变处理

并分析研究紫苏的生理特性
为其新品种选育提供实验依据。研究辐照后紫苏叶片内可溶性糖、脯氨酸(Pro)、色素(Ca、Cb、Car)、黄酮类化合物含量及抗氧化活性变化
结果发现12C6+离子束辐照后
除色素含量外
可溶性糖、Pro和黄酮类化合物含量都随辐照剂量增大表现为先升后降的趋势。结果也表明
随辐照剂量增加
紫苏植株过氧化氢酶(CAT)、过氧化物酶(POD)和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的活性均先升高后降低;丙二醛(MDA)含量先增加后减少;而蛋白质含量先减少后增加。表明重离子辐照能改变紫苏的一些生理生化特征
其中较高剂量(80 Gy)的12C6+离子束辐照有利改善紫苏抗逆性和一些营养物质的积累。
Perilla seeds were irradiated by 80 MeV/u 12C6+ ion beams and cultivated in experimental field.The physiological characteristics of the Perilla mutant were analyzed
so as to obtain experimental data for the breeding of Perilla.The results show that the contents of soluble sugar
proline(Pro) and flavonoids compounds from the perilla mutant leaves increased with the dose first
whereas at larger doses they decreased with increasing doses
but this trend was not clearly observed with the chlorophyll content.Also
the results show that with the increasing doses
the contents of catalase(CAT)
peroxidase(POD)
superoxide dismutase(SOD) activity and malondialdehyde(MDA) increased first and then decreased
but the proteins reduced first and increased afterward.These indicate that the heavy ion treatment can change some physiological and biochemical characteristics
being in favor of improving stress tolerance and accumulating nutrients of Perilla.
