The angular momentum projected shell model (PSM) was applied to the study of nuclide
La. The results of theoretical calculations about the rotational bands with configurations πd5/2
π g7/2
π h11/2
πh11/2 [v h11/2]2 and πg7/2 [ ν h11/2]
were compared with experimental data. The nuclear shape for every rotational band was then specified.
