a new technic— reporter gene/imaging probe technic comes up

which becomes a good approach to monitor the gene transfer therapeutic efficacy. In the paper we review several strategies to monitor the gene therapeutic efficacy by certain receptor gene as reporter gene transferred together with therapeutic gene through radionuclide imaging.
