摘要

核子微探针多站多参量数据系统包括由ＳＵＮ工作站和ＶＭＥ计算机总线组成的系统硬件，以及数据获取和分析软件。基于新的数据系统用Ｍｉｃｒｏ－ＰＩＸＥ和Ｍｉｃｒｏ－ＲＢＳ分析了单颗粒大气飞灰，得到了含Ｐｂ的单颗粒大气飞灰元素图谱。

Abstract

A multi - station and multi - parameter data system for nuclear microprobe was discussed in detail. It is based on a SUN workstation and a VME bus. Its software for data acquisition and on - line analysis was also discussed. The individual aerosol particles taken from Shanghai were analyzed using the new data system.
