The decay of 101 Tc to levels in 101 Ru has been studied using the three-parameter (γ-γ- t ) coincidence system of HpGe-HpGe detectors. From the coincidence data
a new decay scheme was constructed. The 174.91

408.77 and 417.91keV gamma rays were observed for the first time and their transition scheme have been assigned
the transition position of 616.3keV gamma ray has been assigned at the same time. The intensities of β - decay and the values of log f t to most levels were calculated.
