A strain DC-3-2-50 was obtained through N+ implanting into Yarrowia lipolytica DC-3-2. An increase of 11.09% in the oil-degradation rate was obtained. The stain has good genetic stability after 10 times of subculture. The culturing condition of DC-3-2-50 was studied. The optimal culture conditions were as follow: initial pH value
9.0; inoculum size
3%; temperature
25~28°C; dissolved oxygen
180~200 rpm; and carbon nutriments soybean salad oil. The oil-degradation rate can be up to 87.7%.
