The active method of delayed neutron is an effectively verification means for monitoring the uranium material.A model was established to simulate the D-T neutron source inducing uranium shell of the same mass but in different 235U enrichments

and the response of BF3 detector for the delayed neutrons from the uranium shell.The method to determine the enrichment of uranium was validated on the condition that a special uranium shell model with the inducing of D-T neutrons.
