本文阐述了清华大学核研院提出并实现的用钴 - 6 0γ数字辐射照相技术来在线检查集装箱的方法与装置。该系统所用的γ射线源为 3— 11TBq的常规钴 - 6 0工业探伤机
该探伤机安全可靠、价格低
但辐射强度却比加速器的低数百倍。籍助于所发明的高灵敏度阵列探测装置以及研究发展的特殊低噪声前端电路和计算机信号与图像处理技术
此种装置的检测性能与昂贵的加速器集装箱检测系统相当
而它所具有的占地小、价格低、易操作、好维护、辐射安全性好、可靠性极佳等优势
使其在国内外集装箱检测装备行业中独树一帜。本文说明了此种检测系统的总体构思、结构、原理及性能
也介绍了系列化与产业化工作以及实际应用效果。
This paper presents a container inspection method and apparatus using cobalt-60 γ digital radiography technology
which was proposed and realized by the Institute of Nuclear Energy Technology (INET) of Tsinghua University. In this kind of inspection system
the radiation source is a conventional radiography 60Co projector of 3-11TBq. This projector is reliable
save and cheap
but its radiation output is several hundred times weaker than accelerator’s. With the special sensitive array detector invented by INET and the advanced signal and image processing technology
the characteristics of this inspection system are equivalent to those of expansive accelerator type inspection system
but much cheaper
safer
more reliable and easier to operate and maintain. This paper illustrates the main project idea
construction
principle and characteristics of 60Co container inspection system. The situation of its production
serialization and application are mentioned too.
