Using a detector in an ionization chamber of large cavity
one is able to measure gas absorption directly
with reduced grads of gas density distribution
so as to avoid uncertainties due to air pressure instability
window absorption and size of the window film.In this paper
various factors causing uncertainties in the X-ray intensity measurement were analyzed.Uncertainty of the X-ray ionization standard detector is less than 5%.
