In the experiments of HT-7 superconducting tokamak
the instability of the magneto-hydrodynamics (MHD ) is an important factor influencing HT-7 long pulse discharge. Usually
we can suppress MHD through the method of modulating lower hybrid current drive (LHCD). However
experiments found that the LHCD modulation of the whole journey will reduce the drive efficiency of the lower hybrid wave (LHW). Adopting the method of initiative feedback modulating LHCD
we have designed and realized an MHD real-time measuring and processing system. Experimental result has indicated that the system can not only suppress MHD real-timely
but also is unlikely to reduce the drive efficiency of LHW.
