The construction of a large area scintillator fiber ion detector array was described. Time resolution of the detector is experimentally determined by two different methods. The best time resolution of the fiber we have got is 520 ps (FWHM). The angle resolution of the scintillator fiber detector array is 0.39° (?φ)
0.79° (?θ). The transmission efficiency of photo-transmitter was also determined by experiment.
