Background: There are many uncertainties in the fatigue design of the equipments
the probability method can be used to assign the fatigue design.Purpose: To provide the structure fatigue reliability of the area of the plane head interface.Methods: The fatigue reliability analysis has been done by using the reliability method which considering the geometry dimensions uncertainty and loads uncertainty.Results: The dimensions uncertainty has great effect on the uncertainty of the products’ life.Meanwhile
this article provides one method
by using 6σ concept
to solve the fatigue reliability analysis considering the loads uncertainty.Conclusions: The loads uncertainty results can be combined with the dimensions results to get the overall reliability results.
