Low level radio frequency controller for superconducting third harmonic cavity at SSRF
“The passive superconducting third harmonic cavity developed by Shanghai Light Source has passed beam testing and adopted a digital low-level control system to achieve stable control of cavity pressure amplitude and monitoring of operating status. The beam life has been increased by more than twice.”
