Depth-of-investigation characteristics and influence of 350-kV high-voltage X-ray density logging
“In the field of density logging, researchers have used Monte Carlo methods to study the detection depth characteristics of X-ray source density logging instruments and found that their detection depth increases with increasing source distance, which is different from that of 137Cs source logging instruments. Meanwhile, the influence of wellbore mud cake on density logging response was studied.”
