摘要:We have investigated the C1s X-ray absorption spectra of graphite, diamond and diamond-like car- bon ( DLC ) film using total electron yield mode of the surface sensitive photoelectron spectroscopy. After cleaning the surface in an ultra high vacuum system, we found the feature peaks of the sp3 and sp2 hybridized bonding on the C1s X-ray absorption spectra of DLC, which means that DLC is an amorphous carbon of sp2 mixed with sp3 bonding. And we have measured the C1s photoelectron spectra of a series of DLC films, and calculated the ratios of sp2/sp3.
摘要:SSRF storage ring must use the bellows with RF shield which contain a high frequency shield structure inside. The RF shield structure is called “double finger shield structure” which consists of contact fingers and spring fingers. The key design parameters of an RF shield structure are the contact force between a pair of fingers and the width and length of the slit between adjacent fingers, while the former is decided by the wall beam current and wall electric field, the latter is depedent on HOM. RF shield bellows have experienced a heat test and an impedance test. The test results show that the contact force, slit and impedance of the bellows are suitable for the actual operating conditions on SSRF.
摘要:The synthesis of three new isomers of C121 by neutron irradiation of C60 is reported in this paper. The re- sults indicate that lower flux ratio of thermal to fast neutrons, proper oxidation of C60, and longer irradiation time are advantageous to the formation of C121. This new nuclear method, by which three isomers of C121 were prepared for the first time, has opened a new way to synthesize other odd-numbered large carbon fullerene.

摘要:The PMOSFET was irradiated by low energy pulse X-rays and its threshold voltage was continuously measured. Based on the experimental results and the structure of PMOSFET, mechanism of the threshold shift was discussed.

摘要:Atmospheric aerosol samples ( PM10 ) were collected using Automated Cartridge Collection Unit ( ACCU ) and TEOM1400 sampler in Wusong District of Shanghai City during the period of December 2002 - February 2003. The elemental concentrations of PM10 were determined by Proton Induced X-ray Emission ( PIXE ) technique, and the results were analyzed by principal component analysis. The elemental component factors from eight directions of pollution sources are also presented and discussed in detail.

摘要:Five paleosoil samples and a piece of pottery collected from a trench wall at Shangdalai village, near Tu- motezuo county, located in the southern margin fault of Daqing Mountain, inner Mongolia, have been dated by radio- carbon dating and thermoluminensence dating, respectively. The radiocarbon age of total carbon, different organic fraction such as humic acid and humin separated from paleosoil and carbonate in the soil were obtained. These ages were then compared with to evaluate the reliability of the radiocarbon dating age of each fraction.

摘要:This article gives the method of tracing gamma ray in scintillation fiber, simulating the interaction be- tween particles and fiber, drawing the track of particles and computing the energy deposition in fiber by numeric simulation of Geant4 system. We have got the result of relationship between the energy deposited efficiency and γ-ray energy or length of scintillation optical fiber. The work is very useful for studying the character of scintillation fiber and applying scintillation fiber to real-time imaging.

摘要:This paper describes market demand for radiation sterilization of medical products such as medical latex gloves, disposable medical devices, packing material for medicine, etc. Policies for developing the industry of radia- tion sterilization are also put forward, including implementation of scaling-up and merging the existing radiation fa- cilities, development of electron beam ( EB ) accelerators for sterilization purposes and increase of awareness of the radiation sterilization technology.
摘要:The 15 MW Heavy Water Research Reactor ( HWRR ) at CIAE in Beijing is the only neutron source available for neutron scattering experiments in China currently. A new research reactor, China Advanced Research Reactor ( CARR ) , now is being built at CIAE to meet the increasing demand of neutron scattering research in China. A brief introduction to background of HWRR, CARR and the facilities to be installed at CARR has been given in this paper.

摘要:The possibility of using transient waveform digitizer in TOF measurement is discussed, and a test system designed for the research is introduced. Test results show that the sampling rate can reach 1.4 G/s, DNL is less than 0.5 LSB, and INL is less than 8 LSB. By using Ping-Pong mode, the event loss rate at 10 K/s event rate is about 1%.

摘要:With the development of diamond synthesis at low pressure, the CVD diamond properties including elec- tronic characteristics have improved continuously. Now the fabrication of electronic devices based on the CVD dia- mond has been one of hot research subjects in this field. Due to many unique advantages, such as high signal-noise ratio, fast time response, and normal output in extremely harsh surrounding, the CVD diamond radiation detector has attracted more and more interest. In this paper, we have reviewed the development and status of the CVD diamond radiation detector. The prospect of this detector is described.
摘要:Various theoretical models of intelligentized control for ECR source were reviewed. Program compilation, simulation experiments and analysis of experiment results for some theoretical models were described, with emphasis on theoretical model of fuzzy-neural modular network ( combinatorial network ) . The merits and demerits of this model was analyzed in the light of simulation experiments of intelligentized control for ECR source. The computed results of simulation experiments are dependent on learning times, rule number and study rate.

摘要:Simulation experiments of the intelligentized control were made with fuzzy-neural modular network for ECR source. Simulation capacities of the intelligentized control for ECR source were observed for three courses: from the start to the controlling goal, from one controlling condition to another condition, and from one controlling condition to the end. It is shown that the intelligentized control works satisfactorily.

摘要:As a non-destructive testing technique, fast neutron radiography has many unique advantages comparing with X-ray and thermal neutron radiography. This article represents two different neutron sources to study fast neu- tron radiography, one is 241Am-Be neutron source, and the other is neutron generator. The fast neutrons were detected by a scintillator screen using Gd2O2S:Tb as phosphor. A series of results were obtained and discussed.

摘要:A virtual M?ssbauer spectrometer was developed based on PC data acquisition boards and LabVIEW. The PC data acquisition boards generate the drive waveform and count the pulses from the single channel analyzer. With friendly operation panel and optimized by measurement requirements, the virtual instrument has been tested in ex- periments and applied into practice.
摘要:A particle track system was constructed in IHEP to trace the particle’s flight path. Three multi-wire pro- portional chambers (MWPC) were used as detectors in it. This article describes the principle, design and experiments of the trigger circuit for multi-wire proportional chamber ( MWPC) and the coincidence unit. Furthermore, the posi- tion resolution is analyzed.
摘要:The developing trend that digital instrument and control( I&C ) system will supplant traditional analog I&C system in nuclear power plant is emphasized. This paper introduces mathematical model of steam generator of full scope simulator for nuclear power plant. The independent real-time simulation system, which forms the interac- tive closed loop together with the steam generator control system, can be applied to provide a simulation target for upgrades of instrument & control system and the research of control schemes. At the same time, a simulation method for this purpose is presented in this paper. In this method all of the hardware and software are composed of real dis- tributed control system except the model of controlled object. This will not only create favorable conditions for com- missioning on site in the future, but also give a theoretical analysis for upgrades of digital I&C system in nuclear power plant.
